Find a colleague to meet with
Login to your Coffee Who and the application will match you with someone within your company to meet with. It is really easy to start connecting with colleagues with Coffee Who.
Arrange a suitable time to meet
Once you have found someone that you don’t know or haven’t met before you can send them a quick invitation email. Coffee Who handles the sending for you and even pre populates the email content. You can change the content if you wish. A meeting at 9am on a Monday might not be convenient either, you can change that too.

Answer some simple feedback questions
After you have met our colleague you can return to Coffee Who where you will be asked to answer a few simple feedback questions. These will provide some useful feedback for your employer. Don’t worry, we won’t ask anything private and any responses in the system can only be viewed by the person running your Coffee Who campaign.
That’s it! Now you can start again and meet someone new…
